Im eintägigen Workshop werden mit den Teilnehmenden exemplarische Übungen aus dem EID-Konzept erarbeitet und diskutiert; das im Preis inkludierte vierteilige Workbook ermöglicht die vertiefende Nachbearbeitung und weitere Nutzung des im Workshop Erfahrenen.
Workshopsprache: Englisch; Übersetzungshilfe ist vorhanden, englische Sprachkompetenz auf alltagssprachlichem Niveau (B 1) ist jedoch Voraussetzung.

Lee Gardenswartz and Anita Rowe will be trainers of this workshop addressing experts in the field of Diversity. Lee Gardenswartz and Anita Rowe are leaders on discourse and placement of Managing Diversity in the US. They are distinguished representatives of an extensive approach of Diversity, which is concrete and a concept that have been developed in accordance with specific requirements. Because of the demographic changes facing Global business have been both recent and rapid, organizations and their managers often need help in developing a larger repertoire of managerial strategies and skills to capitalize on this pluralistic population. Today’s diverse workforce poses both challenges and opportunities. It can offer an organization creativity, energy, and new approaches to solving problems.
However, differences in backgrounds, values, and norms can also result in conflict, disruption, and loss of productivity. The outcome that results depends largely on how a workforce is managed.
In this two days Workshop Lee Gardenswartz and Anita Rowe will present a model that can be used by experts in business and also counselling to broaden ones own expertise. International Diversity standards are added up to the individually used organisational concepts. The seminar language will be English.
